Vahram Hovyan studied at Yerevan State University, Chair of Political Science, in the Faculty of International Relations. He holds a Master’s degree in Political Sciences.
In 2006 he worked at the “Center for Armenian Studies” within the “Noravank” Scientific Educational Foundation (SEF).
In 2012 he was the Secretary of the Scientific Expertise Council of the “Noravank” SEF.
Vahram has authored more than a hundred articles and reports.
