Arestakes Simavoryan studied at Yerevan State University, Department of Turkish Studies in the Faculty of Oriental Studies. He holds a Master’s degree.
In 2008 he worked at the “Center for the Armenian Studies” within the “Noravank” Scientific Educational Foundation (SEF). He also worked at the “Center for Regional Studies” at the RA Public Administration Academy.
