Biography

Artak studied at Yerevan State University, the Faculty of History. He holds Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD degrees. The topic of the dissertation is the “USSR National Policy and Karabakh Conflict: Ethnological Study”.

Co-author of the educational module “Labor Migration and Family” within the framework of Sharing History, Cultural Dialogues program carried out by Euroclio (European Association of History Educators) international organization and the European Union.
